You will find examples of my murrine beads, pendants and more. Beautiful designs range from intricately detailed scenes to simply elegant lampworked beads.

The pieces shown here are just a sample of what's available. These are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, no two are ever exactly alike.

Please visit my ebay auctions   and  Etsy Shop  http://www.etsy.com/shop/patiwaltonfor the current works available, or come see me at the shows.

Pati's Place Updated February 12, 2016

Hello everyone.  Well, it's been a long time since I have updated my web page.  I'm sure most of you have heard that I lost my husband, John, on September 10, 2014.  It's taken me a long time to get back to bead making but I have been back on the torch for a few months.

As of late I have been making jewelry and Lampwork headpins and have been selling on Etsy.  Here are the latest.

I seemed to forget how to download recent pictures.  You can see new things on etsy or my business Facebook page which is.

Just a note to say I'm still around and making beads like crazy.  Here are a few of my horse beads.  My inspiration was from my friend Alison Dearborn who is a wonderful artist and you can see her paintings at SacredCave.com.

Below are 3 cabochons that I had made into pendants:  Thanks Athena!!

Work earlier this year below:

And....This is an aquarium necklace I made last week.

Updated January 12, 2012

OK, here's the deal.  I have really been out of the loop for the past 2 years.  Well, actually I have worked the same amount of hours but took 2 years off from making my landscape scenes.   They are really time consuming and I have to be in that zone where I forget time, etc.  I think I got to a place where I wasn't very inspired and decided to go a different route so Johnny and I collaborated and we made these great sets that were basically starter necklaces that just needed finishing.  We did really great for those 2 years.  Last month I was really bored with that so I decided to revisit making scenes.  The first few were horrible and I thought I lost it but kept making them, mostly cabochans.  Not only did I get my groove back, but I also am right back into that zone.  I'm now making new scenes, old scenes, and I am really enjoying my time at the torch.  So, my muse is with me now and I'm back in the loop.

Here are some pictures of new stuff:  This was a cabochon that I made:  The second picture I changed the design a bit and added a bezel of goldstone.

The following scenes are newly made.  They are very detailed and have lots of depth.  It is difficult to see the depth in the pictures but it's there.

I have also made lots of aquariums and other stuff.  Hopefully I will keep updating my site.  Or, you can see my stuff on Facebook... I have 2 sites, one is Pati Walton and the other is Pati Walton and John Olson.

I also have a teaching gig in the UK in April.  I will be teaching a 1 day aquarium class at the UK Flame Off.  I will also be demonstrating there.

Hope to keep in touch with you all.

Just a note to say that Johnny and I are now showing our beads on ETSY.  The link to get there is:

http://www.etsy.com/shop/patiwalton .  I haven't figured out how to add it to the tabs on the side.

Aquarium Set.

I have been making more canes lately.  I just finished a new cane called a Clown Triggerfish.  I made a pendant using the cane and here is a picture.

I like the pendant but I have actually started making a new cane of the same fish.  If I finish it soon, I will post pictures.

Have a great week!

MARCH 6, 2009

I have been busy making new Murrine.  I stopped making them for about a year and now I'm in full swing.  Here are pictures of the Seahorse and the new clownfish murrine.

I also just had a new changeable bezel that I had made and here is the finished product.  The cabochon is removeable.

Take care,   Pati

The Bear in Summer....

Bear News - Summer 2008

He is trying to get the finch feeder.  He wasn't successful!

A couple of pictures from Venice, 2008

I have to mention this wonderful artist that I found on eBay. I bought an 8 x 10 painting of my dog Cosi (cozy) and it is so wonderful. I will post a link to her auctions. Here is the picture that she did of the picture on the bottom of this page.

This picture captures the exact look of my darling dog. I can't wait to get more paintings from her. Her eBay name is brushwithfineart and here is the link: http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZbrushwithfineart

I can't say enough good things about Sharon.

Have a wonderful day! Pati

    The Aquarium Bead
    The Aquarium Bead
In this new video, Pati shares a wide variety of special tips and techniques as she creates the depth and detail of her award-winning aquarium bead. She also demonstrates the use of murrini slices in a lampworked paperweight turtle button.

Filmed in a studio and on location in Miami, this video will finally answer the age-old question, "How did she get those fish in there?"
